Meet Our Experience Medical Team
Dr. Jeremy Revell, M.D.
Dr. Revell received his doctoral degree from the University Of Arizona College Of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. His training includes a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He also completed his residency and internship in Psychiatry at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. Additionally, he has experience working in an inpatient psychiatric setting, as well as community outreach programs dealing with substance abuse and chemical dependency issues. Dr. Revell will be providing medical psychiatric services including: Psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medication, Suboxone Treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents and adults.
Matthew Padgett, APRN, NP
Matthew Padgett has approximately 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults within a mental health setting. Matthew received his Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of South Alabama. Matthew served honorably in the Navy including multiple deployments and was awarded the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Metal. . Matthew has significant experience with PTSD, psychotic disorders, and other anxiety disorders, as well as, significant experience working within a psychiatric hospital and outpatient therapy. Matthew believes in limited medication and focuses on behavioral changes through rational emotive and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Stephen Clark, MS, LPC, LCAS
Stephen Clark has over 30 years of training and hands on experience in providing individual, group and family therapy using a wide range of therapy techniques. Steve received his Masters in Counseling from Purdue University and is also licensed as a Clinical Addiction Specialist. His primary focus is to provide a place where individuals can explore and resolve issues that interfere with their ability to experience their life potential using a spiritual approach.
Gosia Betkowski, MSW, LCSW
Gosia Betkowski has approximately 10 years of experience working with youth and families providing individual, group, and family therapy. Gosia has worked with victims of domestic violence, individuals with a wide array of mental health issues, as well as, within an acute psychiatric hospital for adolescents and adults. Gosia received her Master’s in Social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and uses a wide range of therapeutic methods like CBT, DBT, solution focused, and strength based approach in order to support youth, adults, and families in the change process.
